Product: HP ZBook 15 Mobile Workstation

Hey, i have HP ZBook 15 Mobile Workstation with Intel Core i7-4800MQ and NVIDIA Quadro K2100M and i wanted to know that can i upgrade the MXM Video Card to a better one than Quadro K2100M for gaming. If i can please tell me what MXM Card would be compatible and which will be best for gaming. And also can i change my CPU as well? if so let me know what options do i have. thank you.
