What is wrong with the HP warranty dashboard and case process? I have had to dispute TWICE the warranty status, had cases open and then correctly set the warranty status, and then have it revert to expired. In the last instance, I had opened the second case and got the warranty dates fixed again, and then opened a third case for a cracked display under the accidental damage warranty. They accepted the case, opened it and sent me the shipping box. I got the box a day later than they emailed and FEDEX left it out in the rain. I logged on today to report this, and found that my warranty status had reverted back to expired and CLOSED the open case today, the day the shipping box arrived. This is beyond frustrating and poor service and hope someone monitoring this board at HP can help fix whatever is going on for their portal and warranty system. My info from the email received Oct 19, 2022 is below. I still intend to send the unit for repair in the box provided, but have lost confidence that they may do anything with it if it shows as a closed case. Also, most of the emails and case listing information is worthless. It does not show what action happened or why, it just gives a "case closed" indication which is about as unhelpful as any customer service system I have seen. Please help.
