HP Recommended

I just purchased this laptop new on August 2nd. HP says my warranty expired in May 2025, so I can't get any help!

My GPU quit working, Nvidia app just won't install it, I've tried numerous times. I've also tried to install manually, I've tried doing a clean uninstall with DDU, I've tried installing several different versions, but I continually show a code 43 in the device manager. Running the HP PC Hardware diagnostics says the GPU is bad, but I can't get any warranty help and this PC is only a couple of weeks old! I need to know how to fix my warranty issue so I can resolve the GPU issue, as this is the SOLE reason I purchased this machine.
