I sent my computer to HP for repairs, it was received on 9/13/24 and as of today it is still "pending" repair.  I check the status of my repair weekly and initially the date promised had passed.  I contacted support and they updated the status to show a future date.  Now that date has passed and there is no ETA.  It will be 2 months soon and i don't have a laptop to use.  When will HP send out a replacement if they can't get the correct part?  This is frustrating.
