Hi! I have just bought the notebook. And I have found out that in term of artificial lighting the web camera adds the purple color. In terms of daylight it is ok. I have tried the advise https://support.hp.com/ua-ru/document/c02689767, but it didn't helh. Could you help me? How can I remove the purple color?

Can you return it to the store where you purchased it, and exchange it for an identical model?

Any brand-new HP computer comes with a HP Warranty.  Contact HP, and make a claim against the warranty, to get HP to repair/replace your computer.

Hi!

I cant just return notebook to the shop without the expertise of service center. I have just showed them my notebook. But the problem has not repeated in service center. After it I have found out that the problem appears only in terms of light from galogen lamp. Is where some option which could switch the infrared filter? Or is it defect? Or is it normal for pavilion?

Hi! I have replace the notebook. And today bought the new one in another shop. We have checked it. But the problem repeated. I like this model of notebook. And decided to leave it with myself. Maybe the problem is because of driver and software error. Could somebody help me? Is it possible to contact with developers?
