Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, just wondering if anybody has come across this problem as I am trying to find out if it is a software of hardware issue.

Recently my inbuilt webcam has stopped working including face recognition, its not the camera switch on the side and I have no camera showing in device manager either.

The screen is working on the laptop but I can not stream from Disney+ or Netflix in 4K, etc, I have been able to do this in the past. It will only stream HD but I have to disable the monitor in device manager for this to work.

I am also having problems with the HDMI port no outputting video when watching media via a connected screen. The other thing I have noticed in intel graphics command centre under information it states that HDCP Compatible Your display is not compatible with high-bandwidth Digital Content Protection.

I restored back to the original factory image for the laptop and both problems where there, I then done updates for the laptop on both window update and HP support assist but the problems are still there.

Any help will be appreciated .
