Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi There my laptop was working fine then suddenly the web cam, blue tooth and Some USB devices have stopped being recognised - it was literally fine when I turned it off and broken when I turned it back on.

 

I have had a tech guy remote log in and HP talk me through a billion things on the phone - to no avail!! Can anyone help??

 

A few more things - there is no imaging or cameras or blue tooth in my device manager - I have tried to download all the relevant driver's form the HP site. All windows updates are up to date and the HP guy updated the BIOS

 

A few other things to note - on my Bluetooth it tells me my laptop doesn't have it and there is no toggle on button (though it had it before it broke). On my camera it give me the following error code: 0xA00F4244 - no cameras are attached

 

I'm desperate to get my laptop working again as I work supporting NHS staff and at this difficult time I need people to at least virtually see me!! please help!

Just ran an auto driver programme and it said the following
