Webcam HD 2300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought a new Webcam HD 2300 and can't find how to install drivers for it. My notebook has OS Windows 10 (64bit). There is no such option to choose this OS when I trying to install this driver. What should I do?

Hi! @DmitryK07,

I have checked the specifications of the webcam and the webcam is only compatible with the following operating systems.

Microsoft® Windows® XP/ Windows® Vista™/ Windows® 7 (32 or 64 bit) / Windows® 8 (32 or 64 bit)

As you are running windows 10 on the PC, the webcam is not compatible with the operating system.

Refer the webcam specifications page for more information. Click Here

Add Imaging Devices Manually

Hold the Windows Key and Press R.
Type hdwwiz.cpl and Click OK
Click Action and choose Add Legacy Hardware
Click Next, and choose “Install the hardware that i manually select from the list” and click Next, scroll down to choose Imaging Devices and Click Next.
Locate the missing device through the manufacturer’s tab and add it.
