Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone

I have a n HP Spectre x360 and until recently everythings seemed to run fine. Last week I installed new LED lights in my office and since then started to notice that my webcam image was flickering. As far as I researched this is related to the shutter speed and flickering of the LED illumination. My question is how can I change webcam fps or shutterspeed of my internal webcam? Windows webcam option seem to not have any option to change this...

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam image is flickering after installing a led light in the room.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that there is no option to change the shutter speed or the FPS on the webcam. However, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
