HP Laptop - 17t-by300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The webcam on my laptop is very grainy and out of focus. It was working just fine, then one day it changed when no updates or settings were changed.  It is the HP True Vision HD Camera.  Please don't refer me to the troubleshooting tips because it is the camera, it has nothing to do with lighting, the room, internet, etc. I even added an external camera and that works perfectly but I need the internal camera to work for when I am out of the office and can't take the external camera (the point of buying a laptop with a camera in it is to NOT have to get an external USB camera!).  I have uninstalled the driver and restarted and that did not fix the issue.  I also uninstalled the external webcam, then uninstalled the internal webcam and restarted and that did not fix the issue.  I have also tried to do a BIOS update and all are up to date so there is nothing to update.  So all updates have been done, all settings have been checked, all resolutions are are the recommended levels.  The same issue when using the camera directly when not connected to the internet AND when connected to the internet and using teams/zoom/meet/skype/etc.  Do not tell me to contact HP because they won't accept my request because the 1 year warranty has ended.
