Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi – 

I am having trouble with my web cam. It works well in camera mode, but when I use it for Zoom or Skype, the video lags and the person I am speaking to sees my image in slow motion or as being jerky. It also appears that way in the previews I can see. My WIFI runs at over 350 mb/sec.

Pavilion Plus 16” (new)

Anyone have any ideas how I may correct this?
