@Donpablo321, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 series is displaying the error message "We can't find your camera. Error code: 0xa00f4244 <NoCamerasAreAttached>" when opening the Camera app, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Verify Your Computer has a Camera Installed
- Inspect the top of your computer monitor to locate the small lens in the top center, above the screen.
- If your computer does not have a built-in webcam, use an external USB webcam.
Locate and Toggle the Webcam Privacy Switch or Press the Shutter Key
Webcam Privacy Switch: The switch is located on either the right or left side of your computer or next to the camera. Slide it away from the icon to turn the webcam on.
Webcam Shutter Key: The key is located on the action key row of your keyboard. Press it to turn the webcam on. On some computers, you might need to simultaneously press the fn key and the action key.
Also, refer to this guide:
HP PCs - "We can't find your camera" error is displayed in Camera app in Windows 10 | HP® Support

I hope this helps.
