When I got this laptop, the camera worked fine. Later, it stopped. Factory reset is not a great option, and OS rollback not available. So I get an external camera and limp along. One day, I tried it for fun, and low and behold, the built in camera was working. For about 2 weeks, and it stopped again. The light comes on. I updated all of Windows and all of HP's tools.
