Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B26AV)

The webcam on a brand-new HP Pavilion is not working. The camera cannot be found. Microsoft tech support says it's an HP drive issue and that they need to download a specific app.  I live in a country where there are no HP stores. I need assistance on how that can be done online.
