Windows 10 installed by manufacturer

Up to date

Checked with Skype and another app, same quality of camera

Tried to update HD Truevision HP camera driver, Windows says its up to date

HP support Assistant app says all drivers are up to date

I understand that you are facing the webcam quality issues.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please check the Webcam settings

  1. Open YouCam, then click the settings  icon.

  2. In the settings menu, click the webcam  icon.

  3. From the Capture Device drop-down menu, select your webcam 

  4. Settings menu

  5. Adjust the Resolution and click OK

Please update the BIOS and check.

Bios updated to the latest version December F.20

 

You cam installed maximum resolution and HD selected 

 

result is grainy colory image as on below screenshot
