HI, What is the Best monitor (full HD, 18.5") for Spectre 360 Intel core i7-8550u CPU 1.80GHz 16GB?

How do I use an external monitor as extended screen? Do I get the same performance with a wireless projection or should I use a cable adapter? Which one?

The specifications of my Spectre 360 are:

Windows 10 Home 64 bits Version: 18363.1198 

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz

8GB SK Hynix 2133MHz

16GB

system 83B9 56.41

Bios system F.22

It has USB and two charger/battery ports. It doesn't have VGA. It is very slim.
