I'm trying to find a stylus for an HP Envy x360 15t-w100 convertible laptop. I cannot find anything telling me what type of stylus would work on the laptop in tablet mode. I'm trying to take notes for school, which would be very helpful. When I look at the different ones to buy, it doesn't ever seem to list my particular HP on the list. I accidentally got one that included a bunch of 15s, but mine wasn't in the list and when I received the stylus it wouldn't work on my laptop. I might as well have been using any old dead pen on my screen...Yes it was charged. It was an MPP pen.

Hi @Swoo318,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Not all HP Envy x360 is not compatible with active pens.
However, you may refer to the below details.
Compatible Model - The Pencil for HP Active Stylus Pen only works with HP ENVY x360 13-ag0xxx, HP Pavilion x360 15-cr0xx, HP Spectre x360 13-ac0xx, HP ENVY x2 12-e0xx, ENVY x2 12-g0xx, HP ENVY x360 13z-ag0xxx, ENVY x360 15-bp0xx, ENVY x360 15-bq0xx, HP ENVY Laptop 17-aexxx, HP ENVY x360 15-cn0xxx, HP ENVY x360 ...
As per the above details, there seem no compatible pens found for your model.
However, most likely 15t and 15 machines have very close/identical parts the t machines are CTO machines therefore the stylus pen for 15 machines should work on 15t machines. but cannot guarantee.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
