Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my HP 840 G7 laptop I always connected 2 monitors. One on the HDMI output and the other through the Type-C port with an adapter with HDMI output. One day all the monitors turned off and after doing some tests it seems that it now only supports one monitor. that it is connected to the physical HDMI output and to the Type-C output but no longer both together. I updated Bios and Thunderboard but nothing changed. Can anyone help me?
