Hello, I checked the download page for my laptop, and the color profile for the screen is not available for download. Could you indicate me where can I download it from? Thank you.

I understand that you are looking at the color profile for the screen of my laptop HP 15-BC303NS.

 

Please let us know what is exact issues with the display.

 

Please update the graphics drivers and update the BISO.

I understand your concerns.

 

In that case, I would suggest you try creating a new user account on your computer.

 

Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW  and follow the steps to create a new user account.

 

If the issue still persists, Please perform the system reset.
