Envy 15t-k100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need help finding correct LCD cable. Already changed it about a year ago and screen is flickering again with raising and lowering of lid. I forgot the exact part #. When I look in manual I see 765785 for SXGA and 762519 for HD. Which one do I need? The one I THINK I purchased was serial #LCD LED Video Screen LVDS Cable for HP Envy 15-K000 15-K100 15-K200 DDY14ALC010. Just want to make sure the DDY14LC010 is correct. Thanks. Want to order the cable ahead of time as my daughter uses it for college.

1920X 1080. Also on HP Parts Finder site it lists a cable for HD and one FHD. How does that correspond to SXGA and HD. Thanks for your help

Also know that I look the part # did not match thier description but they told it was thier mistake and would work, which it did. So I am wondering if I need

HP Pavilion 15-P Lcd Video Cable DDY14ALC140 762519-001

Banhein you there. I really need this part ASAP. The screen is 1920X1080. I’m guessing it’s HD and not SXGA. Also what is HD and FHD. In HP parts finder site it lists an HD and FHD. Thanks

You have found the correct cable? I have exactly the same problem, second time in a year, same model..

I think multiple #'s will work such asDDY14ALC140 as well as DDY14ALC010. I have tried 4 different ones in the last couple of months as well as screens. Two of my first 3 screens were bad with no lighting at edges. Finally got a good screen but but looks washed out with all different cables I have tried. An external monitor plugged in looks good so it is not the graphics driver or motherboard. I have sort of given up on it as I have switched screens and cables to no avail. Still cannot get a clear picture. As far as the cables I believe those 2 are good as there are multiple numbers for same basic cable.

Wow, that sounds bad. I have the same laptop. Lets hope it doesnt go the same road..
