Elitebook x360 1040 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am shopping for a convertible laptop and this Elitebook line really interests me. So I've been researching about it and was watching a lot of reviews video of it. I came to realization that there are several screen sizes of Elitebook x360: 1030, 1040 and 1050.

I want the 1040 and the latest one, G6. So I was on the customization page and I realize the refresh rate isn't specified.

From this video of a Elitebook x360 1030 G3 video, the user appears to have a 120 Hz panel with SureView:

So I want a 120 Hz panel also. But I am hoping the FHD option with 1000 nits and SureView for this 1040 G6 display have the 120 Hz panel. Can anyone confirm this? It's frustrating why this refresh rate information is not provided. Evidently from that YouTube video, there are different variant of refresh rate panels in this Elitebook lineup.

Thanks

The 1040 G6 series has following options for screens

  • 14.0 inch, ultrahigh-definition (UHD) (3840×2160), brightview, liquid crystal diode (LCD), white light-emitting diode (WLED), UWVA, 72, 500 nits, eDP+PSR, ultraslim touch screen display assembly
  • 14.0 inch, full high-definition (FHD) (1920×1080), antiglare, WLED, UWVA, 72, 950 nits, eDP+PSR, ultraslim touch screen display assembly with privacy filter
  • 14.0 inch, FHD (1920×1080), brightview, WLED, UWVA, 72, 950 nits, eDP+PSR, ultraslim touch screen display assembly with privacy filter
  • 14.0 inch, FHD (1920×1080), antiglare, WLED, UWVA, 72, 400 nits, eDP+PSR, ultraslim touch screen display assembly
  • 14.0 inch, FHD (1920×1080), brightview, WLED, UWVA, 72, 400 nits, eDP+PSR, ultraslim touch screen display assembly

There are many pre-built models/products of the series with many options/configurations/prices therefore you have to check to get the right screen before buying.

Regards.

@Banhien, thanks for your reply. I understand there are many display options for this model. I've carefully looked through the list and I even know the one I want. This is the one I want:

14 inch diagonal Anti-Glare LED FHD (1920x1080) 1000-nit Touchscreen with Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5, HP Sure View Privacy

But to my original question, none of the display options specifies the refresh rate.
