Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can you tell if this is a damaged screen or is this an operating system issue?  The screen has been showing after travel recently and perhaps the laptop was damaged in travel or is this a driver update issue?messages_0 (31).jpeg

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report back
