I recieved my Hp Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0204tu on 27th June 2020 and found on the issue on the same day. There is a small bright patch on the right side of the screem. I contacted the  HP whatsapp support and sent all the pictures, but I think that the patch is so light and small due to that it is not possible to identify in photo. I told the same issue to the whatsapp support but then they denied any further support from their side. I also checked in BIOS and the patch exists there too. I want my issue to be solved as soon as possible.

How professionalism is this! I informed hp about the white patch on the very next day i got the delivery. So basically it is a deficient on arrival unit. So, why should I wait for 3 or 5 dots as per the policy you attached.

I HAVE EVERY PROOF OF MY CONVERSATION IN HP WHATSAPP SUPPORT.

PLEASE SOLVE MY ISSUE BY REPLACING THE LED DISPLAY.
