Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a HP Spectre 360 and since yesterday I have a white block on the right hand side of my screen. Today (after the issue) I did a windows update and have restarted it and it still hasn't disappeared. Interstingly, when I do a print screen it doesn't show! Any ideas most gratefully received! Thanks
