hewlett pavilion x360 convertible 14m-dh1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hewlett pavilion x360 convertible 14m-dh1xxx running Windows 10 64-bit. Every time I load a YouTube video it plays while stopping every now and then for some reason. I already updated all of my drivers. I just had a technician resolve all internet issues about 5 days ago, and other than that no programs are being used on my computer that would conflict with Chrome, which I'm using v. 78.0.3904.108 of, and no extensions are causing any interference as all I have is ad block and YouTube Auto HD. This also seems to be the case only when I connect my device to a display output through HDMI. I also tried using Firefox but unfortunately the video will just pause two seconds in, without showing any kind of icon indicating that it's loading, which is even worse. Is something wrong on the websites end? Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated!

Hello?? I'm waiting on a response, and not sure why it's taken a whole day and still nothing.

Still nothing? I guess this place is useless then. Thanks for nothing Hewlett!

@drmoonrock,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues playing YouTube videos on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you able to browse other websites?

Have you tried reinstalling Chrome?

When was the last time the computer was working fine?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
