I just upgraded to Win11.  Now when pressing  Fn/F2 or Fn/F3 the dialog-symbol showing current brightness does appear, but pressing the buttons no longer adjusts the display bright ness.  The other Fn buttons seem to be fine.  Is anyone else having this problem?

OK. I found it.  It's a setting in win11.  If you go to Settings/System/Brightness, there is a checkbox for "Help improve battery by optimizing the content shown and brightness".  If you tick this checkbox then it disables manual control using Fn F2/F3.

I hope this helps others who may be hit by this in win11.
