There are hundreds if not thousands of these malware items around and we don't have details on how to remove them.
If you Google with the virus info, you should be able to find online instructions.
But if this is other than a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) and your PC is really infected, then that is a BAD situation as there is no way to clean a PC of malware but still leave it working OK.
