Spectre x360 13t-aw000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my HP Spectre x360 13t-aw000 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz/1.50 GHz, Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics, 16GB RAM 1TB SSD) running Windows 10 20H2 Build 19042.928 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0 comes out of hibernate, the bottom portion of the screen below the cursor is black.  This black "curtain" follows the cursor up and down the screen accompanied by flickering of the top portion of the screen when the cursor is moved.  The only way to clear the problem is to restart Windows.

This has been happening across multiple recent Windows updates, but I just confirmed that it only occurs following hibernate, whether the system enters that state on its own after it goes to sleep without power attached, or whether I manually place it into hibernate.  The system works fine during normal sleep/wake cycles when the power supply is attached.  There are never any associated failures in the Windows Reliability Report

I tried to do a screenshot to capture what this looks like, but when I do it using Ctrl-prt sc, the curtain isn't captured - the screen looks normal in the pasted image.  I'll take a shot of the screen with my phone and add it below.

Here are some screenshots with the cursor circled in red.

Seems like I can only post one photo, but in essence the black curtain follows the cursor up and down the screen,
