Please define "hasn't work"
- Can you install Driver?
- In device manager show ⚠ warning / unknown device for nvidia? Impossible to install driver?
If you cant install driver, probably your motherboard failure.

I took it to a repair shop, who ran a full diagnostic on it. Hardware is fine. I was told that HP has not/will not add NVidia Graphics drivers for Windows 11, so they recommended I roll back to Windows 10 and try to reinstall the drivers from their website. Which I did. It still does not work.
I get the below warning:
Switching to resolution 1920x1080 failed
Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (1920x1080 fs=1 hz=0)

Wow, show no Nvidia, but I think its a wrong description. This Gaming notebook I think need to contain Nvidia graphics.
True, Show Windows 10 by default, but I think Windows 11 need to work same when you have TPM 2.0 and Windows 10 compatibility check is pass.
Full diagnostics only just HP Uefi diagnostics. - This is check only video memory.
When your video memory is ok, but Graphicas processor is failure, tests show no error.
Please go back to shop and show your issue in open system / ask your system reinstall because you have Nvidia driver issues.

I actually know that the problem is from HP. I need them to provide the Windows 10 Version 22H2 package, or at least let me know where to go. HP graphics cards must be able to transition between the base card and the high end card, and this isn't working.
