@SoumikM Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the laptop is restarting after installing Intel graphics drivers.

Do not worry, I will try to fix the issue.

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this

Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  • Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  • Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  1. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  2. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  3. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also, ensure Windows is up to date

I have a couple of more steps that you can try. If the issue started happening recently a system restore might do the trick. Also, creating a new user account is also a potential step that could resolve this issue. Here you go:

1. System Restore

If the issue started happening after a recent update, then you might be able to restore the system to a point before. System Restore automatically creates restore points, a memory of the system files and settings on the computer at a particular point in time. Then, when you use System Restore to restore your computer to a point in time before an issue began, System Restore returns your computer to the files and settings from the restore point. Your personal files and documents are not affected.

Check http://hp.care/2c1kggM for details

2. Create a new user account

Try creating a new user account on your computer. Once done, try playing the video from the new account.

Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW  and follow the steps to create a new user account.

I hope that helps!

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for the reply.

I tried the above mentioned steps but none of them worked:

  1.  Downloaded and installed the HP Support Assistant but after checking it showed "No Updates Found".
  2. After performing a System Restore, I faced the same issue again.
  3. Creating an account also didn't work.

I tried by uninstalling the existing Intel Graphics Driver and then installed the Driver again from the below link:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-p000-notebook-pc-series/6936226/mode...

But still I am facing the same issue.

Windows 10 Version - 1909

Soumik

@SoumikM

Please let us know if you have updated the BIOS.

If not updated, please update the BIOS and check.

If the issue still persists, perform the system reset.

Have a nice day!!
