Windows 11 HP envy x360 screen flickering (turns black/white or has stripes randomly)

I just recently brought a HP laptop and within one week, I already have issues regarding the performance. My screen sometimes flickers into a black screen and then goes back, while sometimes it turns black and stays like that despite that the computer is still on.  When it is black/white, I don't see my cursor and the screen becomes unresponsive (so i have to press on my power button to restart). I tried checking for incompatible apps but even when all apps are closed, my starting screen still flashes.  The flash doesn't occur too often, but does occur at random times. I also have the latest version of windows 11 updated. I'm not sure what the problem is so please help.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Same error pattern on external monitor ?

- Shutdown notebook (No Sleep / No Hibernate)

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook
