Hello, 

 

Earlier this year, I downloaded the Windows 11 update for my computer and the entire screen would flicker black, constantly. 

It was so bad that I  could no longer use it. Nobody at customer service could help me when I called. I downloaded all of my drivers- yes- I did. and it didn't work. 

 

I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad who figured out what was triggering the fail was the Windows 11 update I did because, HA! HP DID NOT HAVE A DRIVER TO SUPPORT THE UPDATE. 

 

So, please corporate HP, kindly inform its loyal customer base when an appropriate driver will be available for my specific computer so we can download our Windows 11 update safely without it turning our computer screens black or messing with our audio, etc.
