HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es1000 (446V7AV)

Good day,

I own an ENVYx360 Convertible 15-es1xxx with Windows 11 installed (version 22h2 (10.0.22621)) that I'm trying to connect to my LG SmartTV to no avail.

The HDMI cable is working perfectly, because I can connect other electronics and the image appears on the TV.

I've checked in System>Display, select a display to change window and the TV screen icon appears, but when I ask to Detect other display it reports "We didn't find another display".

When I access System, Display, Advanced display I see Display 2: LG TV RVU and under "Display information" it displays all the information pertinent to the TV.

Can someone, please, assist me in resolving this issue (see attached images)?

Thank you.

Never mind HP!

I found out on my own this product is incapable of driving even a 6ft long HDMI cable.

An absolute and complete disappointment!
