HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

when I just bought HP ENVY x360 15" 2021, it had Windows 11 Home preinstalled and bcos I hate that O.S., I´ve done a clean installation of Windows 10 Home, but the preinstalled and precalibrater .ICC colour profile has not been automatically downloaded ... Is there some way to download it manually?

Thank you, Michal.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you want to install .ICC colour profile, I am glad to assist you.

Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.

Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here

  • HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
  • Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  • Click Updates in the My notebook pane
  • Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  • Updates list in HP Support Center
  • Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  • Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  • Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also, ensure Windows is up to date.

  • Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,

I´m sorry for no reply because of my unavaibility.

I already have all drivers up to date and BIOS updated.

Your solution is NOT answering my question. I was asking for .ICC file for display of my laptop´s screen.

Look, here´s an example:

https://www.asus.com/cz/displays-desktops/monitors/eye-care/vp228h/helpdesk_download/?model2Name=VP2...

this is my monitor, I can just download a .zip file ...

AmaneDev_0-1694193288522.png

There´s and .ICM file, which I can directly install to my Windows 10 O.S....

This is what I´m looking for, I was unable to find it in drivers for my laptop ... and just downloading drivers IS NOT A SOLUTION.

Can you please help me find this file, so I can just import it into Windows?

Thank you for your time, Michal.
