Hi, I have a Spectre with model number 15-df0033dx and cannot get it to connect to a wireless display. I have tried connecting to Roku and also bought a Microsoft Wireless Display adapter. When trying to connect to either of those, I can see them in the list of devices. My laptop will begin to connect then after a few minutes it will eventually fail with the error "Something went wrong." Any of my android devices connect to the Roku and MS Wireless Display Adapter immediately with no issues.
I have updated all of the drivers (wireless adapter, bluetooth, ...). The display adapter driver, v7870, fails with an error that states it is not compatible.
Are there any other steps that i can take to get this working? Any help is much appreciated.

Its specs

It has Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 which supports WiDi
Does your display device support NATIVE WiDi ? What is it ?
Regards.

Thanks for the reply. The HDTV (TLC Roku TV) supports direct connections using Miracast and WiDi is the only function for the MS Wireless Display Adapter. Also, both the TV and the MS Wireless Display Adapter accept connections from Android devices. I think the issue is with the laptop. When i try to update the Intel Display 620 driver to the most up to date, it will not let me.
Using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant, it tells me that the driver needs to be updated but the update fails. I get an error message that the driver is not compatible even though the Intel site says that version of driver is the correct and most up to date for my specific Laptop model and display adapter.
