Product: HP Envy 360

My HP Envy laptop is three years old.  It was working beautifully and then suddenly turned off and won't turn back on.  When I push the on button, it will light up (the on button) for about ten seconds and then go dark again.  The screen never turns on.  I tried a hard reset.  No luck.  It is charged.  Any thoughts?
