Hi,
I have just broken the digitizer on my Pavilion x360 14-dh0525sa screen. The LCD is fine, but the digitizer is broken to the point of interference with touch input, which is necessary for my use of the laptop.
I believe I can repair the screen; however, I am unable to find a digitizer/LCD matching the model number exactly. Is it feasible to use a digitizer/LCD from a different laptop in the line, for example a 14-cdxxxxxx model, or must it be specific to this model of laptop? I have been unable to find a replacement in HP's parts store, only equivalents form different models.
If anyone can provide a link to a digitizer I can purchase (I am in the UK), or at least a name for an equivalent part I could use, I would be very much grateful.
Please help.
