Does anybody else have scratches on the display from the keyboard using a HP Spectre x360 , 13 ? It is mind blowing how a 2k Product can be this bad. The notebook is still in warranty, does anybody had the luck to get this fixed on warranty. For me this is a complete product fail. I can see the scratches from almost all keyboard buttons on the display, especially from the space bar.

I see you are experiencing screen issues with the HP Spectre X360 Notebook. It is a hardware issue on the PC.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi Dilip,
thank you for the reply. I have opened a case and the laptop will be picked up next week (it is still in warranty). My question would also be if there is a fix for this? Well ok if the display is going to be changed but at the end of the day that is only a temporary solution as the scratches will reapear if the keyboard touches the display again.
I have just orderded an Elite Dragonfly Max, does that laptops also have this issue ?

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.
Good to know that HP Spectre X360 Notebook will be fixed under warranty in the HP Repair center. Don't worry as it will be a complete fix and scratches should not appear again on the screen.

The keyboard and display are also very good. This is a well-designed machine. It has all the features Fast, powerful and the perfect size for travel and work.
