Envy 360 13"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop in 2018. Since last year in 2020, like in the Spring of 2020, the screen developed a yellow hue mostly on the left side that is slowly moving over the whole screen now. This laptop is out of warranty now and I need to have it fixed or the screen replaced altogether. What would be recommended? Has anyone had this issue also? What did you do? Thank you.

While this is likely the screen failing, you should at least connect an external monitor to confirm it does not have the same problem.  If it does, that means the video chip is failing and that can not be replaced.
