HP Victus Laptop Yellowish screen out of box issue (other than night mode)

HP lack of Human support screwed me even after buying an expensive laptop. Plz community help me. let me explain issue in detail:

What is the exact issue?: The display colours of the windows 11 on my HP Victus laptop 3050 nvidia graphics are extremely yellowish out of box, slightly less yellow then the night mode provided by the windows. So i am unable to experience the real life colours that I used to .  I recently bought this new laptop.

Any recent changes (hardware/software) made on the system? It is a new system and out of box this issue comes. When i ordered the laptop i told them to add one more 8 GB ram so that i can have faster gaming performance , thats it.

Any signs of physical damage?   No

What are the troubleshooting done?  I first tried to select and unselect night mode but when night mode is on, it further made display extremely yellowish. Next i updated windows and every software of it from HP and Intel websites using their auto detect utility softwares. Thirdly, i tried intel graphic command center softwares and tried multiple option thereafter i able to correct colours  you can say by  75% max but issue  is not flly resolved yet and still red colour is somewhat orange. but  that awkward yellowish colour is faded alot. Before this i tried to search internet i found that HP website has the same complaint from two customers but HP didnt answer it. I watched youtube and they say if the HP victus laptop has AMD graphic then its Graphic software can be used to minimize colour temperature issue( yellowish). However, i have Nvidia and problem is that Intel UHD graphic is by default main  colour management software while Nvidia colour options are disabled by default and cannot be enabled at all (manufacturer settings). Nvidia only runs at the time of playing games though games still run with aforesaid yellowish colour. it makes some games difficult to play due to brightness adjustment i unable to track ice foot prints for small animals in games etc.,   while when i connect my TV to HP victus laptop, the TV displays fine colours.
One of the guy posted solution for similar problem that he uninstalled windows 11 and reinstall windows 10 and updated drivers and yellowish display didnt appear at all. (but he didnt mention if it works for HP victus ? so i didnt tried yet hopefully HP if see this provide fix for the windows 11

Can anyone help?

Here is updated so far:

HP recommended to contact local distributors:

I contacted distributor in Pakistan (my country). They said that the laptop is covered under international warrantee and Pakistan is not covered in international warrantee rather only local warrantee claims are entertained.

Am I Screwed? I always thought international warrantee is what we can globally claim and is more good .....

Scratching head at the moment...
