@Rezilia
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, let's reset the Internet settings:

  1. Close all open windows and programs.
  2. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet options.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, select Reset.
  5. In the box, Are you sure you want to reset all Internet Explorer settings?, select Reset. If the issue persists, follow the next steps.

Use the troubleshooting tool in Windows:

The audio troubleshooting tool in Windows can automatically fix common audio recording and audio playback problems with your computer. Run the troubleshooting tool using the following steps:

  • In Windows, type find and fix audio into Search, or right-click the speaker icon https://hp.dezide.com/data/pictures/hp-external/web_author/guid-a7774d00-7a27-4b96-ab1c-b2f8a7083ba0-low_86905_en.jpg in the taskbar and select Troubleshoot sound problems.
  • Select Find and fix audio playback problems or Find and fix audio recording problems from the Search results.
  • Click Next.
  • Select the device you want to troubleshoot and click Next.
  • Wait while the troubleshooter detects problems and makes changes (or prompts you to make changes).
  • When the troubleshooter is done, the Troubleshooting has completed page is displayed, listing any problems found and what changes were made to the computer.
  • Click Close.
  • If a recommended action is displayed, select Apply this fix. If the issue persists, follow the next steps

Updating the audio driver using Device Manager:

Make sure the audio device is enabled and then update the audio driver using Device Manager as follows:

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
  2. Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. If a sound device is listed with a down arrow, the device is disabled. Right-click the sound device name and select Enable to re-enable the device.
  4. With the sound device enabled, right-click the sound device and select Update Driver Software.
  5. Click Search automatically for updated driver software.
  6. Windows checks for and installs any updated drivers found. The window displays whether the computer already has the latest available driver or if Windows was able to successfully update the audio driver.
  7. If a window opens asking you to restart the computer, restart the computer.
  8. Test for sound. If the audio problem persists after updating the driver, continue to the next step.

If you completed these steps and the latest driver was already installed, use the following steps to uninstall and then reinstall the driver:

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
  2. Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click the sound device and select Uninstall.
  4. Restart the computer to reinstall the driver.
  5. Test for sound. If the audio problem persists after reinstalling the driver, continue to the next step.

I have solved the stuttering that happened to not only YouTube but also the all of programs run on desktop (except when gaming) by reinstalled window10.

But it came back again so I reinstalled window a second time and brought it to the shop I bought to let the staff find the issues.

***The new issue is Ghost's Recon Breakpoint can not detect Gtx1660ti and uses Amd onboard gpu instead***

They said nothing wrong with the laptop and the game can be a problem itself not from the laptop, but still they let me changed the product to a new one by the 7 days  replacement after buying.

So, this time, the stuttering has gone.

But the sound delay for 2 seconds is still there.

I have tested and compare between using the laptop's speaker and my own headphones. The problem seem to happened only on headphones. (I tested with 2 headphones

I tried reinstalling the Realtek driver but that couldn't helped.

I made sure to update everything, such as Amd and Nvidia drivers, window update or Hp support assistant update (that automatically updated the Bios for me) .

Oh, and it just didn't happen to YouTube alone.

You know that there is Audio troubleshooter in Hp support assistant, right? When I clicked to test and it will emit the sound to check you can hear it or not, that testing sound got delayed for 2 seconds too, but just the first time of clicking.

What causing the problem?

Sorry that I informed this to you so late, but I have found the solution.

The problem seems to be the Realtek driver.

I want to share this solution so you could suggest it to anyone that has a similar problem as me.

same model, same problem, especially when the notebook is not fed into the power supply..
I find the response from customer support embarrassing.
Even microsoft employees don't use Internet Explorer to browse...
This model is affected by serius drivers/firmware/uefi correlated problems.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • Did you try a different browser to play YouTube?
  • Does it happen with all the Videos or only with YouTube?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

thanks for quick reply.
These days I'm busy and I don't have the time to do in-depth diagnostics.
I will take advantage of Christmas holidays to learn more about it.
Thank you and good day
