Microsoft Windows 11

I have a ZBook Firefly 14 inch G10.  I'm hot-desking and today I'm connected to a HP USB-C Dock G5 for business (part number 5TW10AA#ABG), which is connected to two ViewSonic VX2757 27 inch external monitors via DisplayPort cables.  The external monitors are on but blank.  I cannot get them to display anything.

When I checked Settings > System > Display it's showing three monitors (presumably internal + 2x external), numbered 1,2 and 3.  If I click on Identify it displays "1" (without quotes) on the internal monitor and nothing on the external monitors.  If I select either of monitors 2 or 3 in the display settings  it shows option "Disconnect the display".  I've tried selecting "Duplicate desktop" and "Extend desktop" for each of monitors 2 and 3.  However, the monitor still doesn't display anything and if I select a different monitor and go back to the one I just updated, the updated monitor shows "Disconnect the display" again.

In Device Manager I tried updating the drivers for the Display adapters and the Monitors.  In each case they were up to date.  Last night I also received an update that included updating the BIOS.

Any suggestions on how to get the monitors to work with the laptop?
