Hello,
Last Summer I bought two new Zbook 17 G5's for our company. Unfortunately I *just* got feedback from both users that the HDMI ports are pretty worthless. The first user has had no luck connecting to various HDMI monitors, the second user has only been able to connect to one HDMI monitor (all others fail). The first user did update to the latest drivers from HP.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a fix or if anyone else has had similar issues.
Thanks,
-Brad

Hello, do you know exactly what driver is updated on the first laptop?? On what graphic card you have??
You can find this by right click on "computer" and clic to "manage". In left go to "devices manager" and duplicate clic on "graphics cards" section to see inside. And tell me all your cards.

I don't have direct access, the users are on other locations.
The site I bought it from no longer carries that model, but I believe it's this one: 6FW01UT#ABA

So it is difficult if you don't have access to this PCs.. Do you know what is appears in the display settings??
If you can have access to this notebooks I recommend to you check the graphics cards and download it the last driver for all graphics cards installed (you can have two cards):
