Hi,
I got a new Zbook Fury 16 G9 at work and I have the problem that neither USB-C nor HDMI output a picture to external monitors. My two monitors only work via the Thunderbold docking station without any problems.
The Intel iGPU and Nvidia drivers for the RTX A2000 are up to date. The bios is also up to date.
When I plug in an HDMI cable, the notebook does not respond at all.
When I try to connect to the TV via the Jabra Panacast docking station in the conference room using USB-C, the entire desktop moves backwards and then comes forwards again. Difficult to describe. But a signal is not output to the external display here either.
I can't share my monitor via a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter either.
Everything works perfectly with my old Zbook Fury 16 G7.
A colleague who also got the G9 has the same problems.
I hope you can help me as our IT can't do it.
Many thanks in advance.
