Hello,
My problem is that i accidently deleted my touchpad driver on my laptop after it didn't work. I was searching for the solution but i didn't think of HP support. Very stupid of me!
So i uninstalled the touchpad driver to install it again but i couldn't find it. I'm very handy with a computer but without a mouse i can't do a lot. I have thought of going on the website of synaptics to install the synaptics driver but i can't click on something so it is no use.
I use my laptop quite often so this is a real big problem for me.
I really hope you can help me to find my mouse and my touchpad back.
Kind Regards,
M

Hey @Mw601,
Thank you for joining in on the HP Support Forums and Welcome! This is a great place to ask questions, find solutions and get help from others in the community! I read your post on the HP Support Forums. I wanted to reach out to you and help! I understand that you are having an issue with the Touchpad on your HP Pavilion dm1-4403sd Notebook PC.
Have you tried going into Safe Mode to see if the problems persist in there?
Have you tried to Restart your Notebook twice?
Have you tried using an external mouse to see if it is only the Touchpad?
Have you done a BIOS reset?
Have you tried doing updates using the HP Support Assistant?
Here is a document for you called Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10). This document can help you with the issues you are having with the Touchpad as you had mentioned that it is not responding all of the time.
Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updating.
