My desktop icons went from regular small size to huge - I'm not sure why but how do I get them back to normal sized?

I have Windows 7 and when I right click on Desktop view is not one of the options...  Thanks if you can help - sure appreciate it.

I also have win7 and should be the same.

 To resize desktop icons

  • Right-click the desktop (make sure to right click the desktop - not in a window), point to View, and then click Large icons, Medium icons, or Small icons.

    Tips
    • You can also use the scroll wheel on your mouse to resize desktop icons. On the desktop, press and hold Ctrl while you scroll the wheel to make icons larger or smaller.

If neither of these work try select start from task bar , select help and support from menu , enter 'desktop icon size' in search bar and press enter
