Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues getting the HDMI ports on the QGeem hub i bought for my Laptop.  i have used a USB to USB-c adapter to connect it an all ports on the hu work except the two HDMI ones (it was really why I got it for 2 external HDMI monitors). displaylink is not finding the hub.  any suggestions?  i also have a startech HDMIMST device but again USB-c and used adapter with same result.

The specs of your machine is

It has 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only) ports. Both ports won't give video out thru all USB-C dock nor themselves. You have to use its native HDMI port.
