Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried for 2 hours to activate backlit keyboard to no avail on my touchscreen 17 inch laptop with Windows 11. Why does HP make it SO  difficult?

Does it ACTUALLY have a backlit keyboard ? Please check does your machine have a F* key with backlit symbol  banhien_0-1718510010457.jpeg    ?

 

  • If NO, it does not have backlit keyboard.
