I have a Chinese version of HP EliteBook 830 G5 which I really want to turn on the backlit keyboard! I need it working for my live stream and deluxe gaming experience! and it is a very weird one my system name is "[Personal Information Removed]" and for some reason the "www.hp.com" is not accepting my device. I can't believe it! I've had HP for 5 years and when i bought my new laptop its all gone! and if I don't get my problem done I am done with HP!
