Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ive been experiencing bad banding or pixilation on any color or black gradient with the hp envy x 360 oled screen. I am running windows 11 with 64 bit and have not tried going back to windows 10. All my drivers are up to date but i have not downloaded any external ones.
